Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your data from Coso.ai, including data connected through Facebook.
Coso.ai uses Facebook Login and the Meta Marketing API to let you connect your ad accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, and to retrieve lead submissions from your lead generation campaigns. You are in control of this data, and you can delete it at any time using any of the options below.
Your options
1. Disconnect Meta in the app
Go to the Ads page in Coso.ai and click Disconnect. This removes your Meta access token from our systems immediately.
2. Delete leads in the app
Any lead submissions you no longer want stored can be removed from the Leads page inside Coso.ai.
3. Request full deletion
Email us to have your account and all associated data — including Facebook-linked data and stored lead submissions — permanently deleted.
Removing Coso.ai from your Facebook account
You can also revoke Coso.ai's access directly on Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Coso.ai and click Remove. If you then want the data we already hold deleted, contact us using the details below and include the email address you use with Coso.ai.
Deletion requests
Email us with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will confirm once your data has been permanently deleted. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.
